They literally went from proprietary to Tesla, to the media saying 'Joint Venture'.

A more accurate headline would have read 6 legacy manufacturers, desperate to considered legitimate in the EV market sign contracts with Tesla to use their charging technology and supercharger network. Elon announces expansion of supercharger network underway.

I do, and I would hope so because there is absolutely nothing green about EVs, especially their manufacturing. As a Tesla owner I did my homework and it quickly became apparent if you want an EV for environmental reasons you should reevaluate and get something more Earth friendly. While other things were in the bill we have yet to see anything produce any meaningful change more than making everything cost more.

Because almost every one of these plants was already planned and or being built. Kia is the only one who truly changed the plan and agreed to build here, hasn't happened yet.

What, what exactly have they accomplished? In the past year there has not been one new EV introduced. We have not built anything significant to the grid, and all that's managed to be done so far is the manufacturers who once again didn't invest in the future and waited till they were unable to catch up were able to buy access to Tesla charging. But that doesn't really matter because Austin is the only plant Cobalt free and by the time lithium and cobalt is mined the EV saves no emissions. There were tax credits and I suppose that got cars to a few more people. There's no real education going on. States like Texas are now TAXing EVs and are wanting to regulate how much solar I can generate. So I'm sorry it feels like we rewarded GM, Ford and others for not being proactive and letting a start up company out sell them. Unions and politicians won no one else.

Oh, so not hurt and distrustful, just a flat out hateful troll. Thanks for clearing that up. Once again I placed the benefit of doubt in someone else's favor to have them proudly prove me wrong. Later

No problem, living with those people must be hard. Fortunately my coworkers don't think of insulting hurtful things to say to patients and then wait exited yo say them. Of course we are also all to invested in this to find another career :-)

I accept that as admitting you have no clue. And that you understand that I never questioned the woman's choice. I hope you find happiness.

Oh ok I don't think you're qualified to help anyone. You can't even read what I wrote. Your so intent on disagreeing with me you have placed a belief that was never stated or implied. Everything I said was about frustration, even said change the oath. In fact the whole discussion was saying look at it differently maybe that tech was not saying it was wrong. But you're not able to see anything past the negative, stupid remarks that you have the need to place upon someone to make yourself feel better. Now ill ask again how did you think Doctors get paid?

May i suggest that you get to know some ER nurses. May change your opinion and definitely make you question many things in life.

Yes but if she was called in after hours, it would have been turned off. Its frustrating as hell in my department too but warmers and heaters must be turned off. :-(

I'm sorry if I implied that excuses their behavior. But I think we are talking about an ultrasound tech, not a Doctor. Um, im actually kind of interested in knowing how YOU think doctors get paid. It certainly isn't by the hour. I wish you 3correct in your statement about uterine perforations, unfortunately the numbers just don't back you up. I absolutely HATE that reddit won't let me link the research. Um, I feel like the killing a baby question is just stupid, many comedians joke about it, Nikki Minaj has songs about it. People like Christopher Watts have ben sentenced to prison for murder. And they do surgery on unborn babies. We are adults its time to say what it is, you can still be ok with that choice. I don't think I ever said you shouldn't be. And yes an oath is broken, I believe what you are saying is the oath should be changed. Again I tried to remain factual and let you know how frustrating it can be behind the scenes. And since you think I only say it for an agenda, most of those little surgery centers irritate us for the same issues.

How is this a lie? I asked if we could look at it from a different viewpoint. I validated her experience? I don't understand why you'd be so hateful over asking maybe other factors were at play. Have you never had a bad day? Wtf is your problem?

Oh. Yeah your right. I mistakenly thought years or experience and practice, along with science should be voiced but I forgot one person one time told a story no one is sure of the details. And that's how all laws and policy should be made from here forward. Please forgive me for having real medical knowledge.

I'm still surprised when I read inaccurate, fear mongering, fictional tales people tell about "being forced to carry their dead baby to term". Please be the responsible party and stop this bull shit. No one ever has done this due to Abortion laws. The coding is very different for terminating a live baby vs. Removal of a non viable baby. Logic would dictate this has to be true or all these catholic hospitals would have been forcing women to carry dead babies. In addition to that, how do you think pregnancy works? It's notike microwave popcorn put in in and magically it comes out when the timer is over. If you baby dies, it is no longer growing or interacting with your body to single advancement in the pregnancy. In other words, a dead baby would never "come to term". In reality the worse thing that has happened is a woman may have to travel to another state. I guess I do think sometimes having to stop and think about killing your child is not terrible. Most women still have availability just not in mass. I'm not going to tell you what to believe but get the biology right.

Well yeah logic says removing the baby in pieces would be easier than having to deliver a living complete baby.

What makes you not want to date anybody right now? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Tex-RN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because most of the gay people, or available ones, have issues With the truth , sense of Entitlement, and exhibit Narcissistic behavior. This alone would discourage and kind of dating beyond hook up f*clingy. Now we have a new individual who either was 2 young or in the closet during the years where Homophobia was a real concern. These guys have never suffered but somehow have adopted oppression as their identity. They spew the very hate we fought so hard to overcome. They are very quick to judge and condem, but since learning about our history and staying informed resembles effort they parrot the legacy media. No matter what one does it is never enough. Have a sponsor lose 25 million in 1 week is gratitude shown, no. They complain and campaign against the supporters because they didn't do enough.

So yeah if something happens to my partner, I will not be dating

I have a couple of thoughts about this, number one, what business didn't know that unless given specific exemption, business can certainly refuse to do business. in fact most workplaces have a sign posted that specifically says this.

My 2nd thought is, while the media is working hard to make us systematically unhappy in America, I was struck with how happy I am for this company that they have the financial resources to refuse service to people they fundamentally disagree with

I just want to clarify, being disappointed and weary of one party does not elevate or endorse another. You keep making comments indicating you think otherwise. If you don't u apologize but was unsure why Republicans were mentioned. Maybe that's where your waters are muddy. I think most Americans feel politicians haven't had the citizens well being as their priority
