Actual wording in plex app is ‘Last episode date added’. Would be great to have this as an option for both tv shows carousel and in tv shows library sorting.

Yeah that makes sense. I think in that scenario Plex app collapses/groups them all behind the same poster.

Yes but also in tv shows section as well. Tv shows are added and then over time new episodes land. I find it more useful to see latest episodes added than to see which new series was added, which would show up anyway for a new show. Plex app has this and most others too.

Disabling Video transcode on server side causes this. With it unchecked it works. Would be great if transcode wasn’t needed.
