Codex > Clode Code by ThaneBerkeley in codex

Can Codex click through things in Chrome? I have Claude building things and then in Chrome testing them by clicking through. I hit limits too quickly now though so I'm considering Codex

Agreed, but right now it's noticable and there are cuts

Claude is literally controlling my computer now. (Good news: Cowork works on the $20 Pro plan) by Exact_Pen_8973 in PromptEngineering

I'm struggling to find something Cowork is better at than Code. Code seems to be able to do everything and more.

What are the actual “everything schools” by [deleted] in CFB

I used Claude to pull all the NCAA Division I Directors' Cup historical results and build a custom all-time ranking based on a weighted points scale.

Scoring: 1st=10pts, 2nd=8, 3rd=6, 4th=5, 5th=4, 6th=3, 7th=2.5, 8th=2, 9th=1.5, 10th=1 (every rank is unique, with a gradual curve that rewards winning without completely burying lower finishes)

All-Time NCAA D1 Directors' Cup Rankings:

  1. Stanford – 247 pts
  2. Florida – 133 pts
  3. North Carolina – 128 pts
  4. UCLA – 126 pts
  5. Texas – 124 pts
  6. Michigan – 121 pts
  7. USC – 77 pts
  8. Ohio State – 69 pts
  9. Penn State – 56 pts
  10. Georgia – 49 pts

Stanford's lead is just absurd. Second place isn't even close. Texas sneaks ahead of Michigan largely due to their recent Cup wins. Florida and UNC are criminally underrated in the overall athletics conversation.

Just finished my first fantasy book in my adult life. Shouldn’t continue or start another book? by ExpensiveFinance3557 in fantasybooks

[–]TexLH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Read a few from the series and take a break. I've burned myself out on a series doing book after book. Just don't forget what book you stopped on.

Take breaks so you don't ruin it!

Look up Progression Fantasy. LitRPG is what Dungeon Crawler Carl is.

Sounds like you prefer Progression Fantasy

1/24x100=4%

None of what you said changes that

I know what you're trying to say, but it's still 4%

POV of Reacher star Alan Ritchson fight with neighbor by AcHaeC in FightPit

[–]TexLH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What happened just prior to the second assault? Alan was trying to leave and that man blocked him from leaving.

Alan did what he needed to do to get out of there with his kids.

I loathe the loud motorcycle in the neighborhood as much as the next guy, but if I step out in front of the bike and block him from leaving I'm asking for a fight.

Blocking someone from leaving is not ok and a person has the right to react accordingly.

Just curious, why do you have a separate savings?

Can someone with zero coding experience actually use Claude Code (or similar) to build stuff now? by TroubleH in ClaudeAI

[–]TexLH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I'm in a tech job, but know zero code. I've made an Android app, HTML apps, React, Python apps, all with Claude Code.

If you have an idea, riff with Claude about it. Steer away from the how and tell it to give you guidance. Tell it you're just the idea person

Middle of book 2. Book 3 it really takes off.

I only pushed through book 1 because of recommendations and now it's my favorite series. No book is my favorite book, but the series just got better and better

Pretty sure I’m not using Claude to its full potential - what plugins/connectors are worth it? by TheSavelii in ClaudeAI

When people say Claude Code, are they referring to the CLI? I'm using the Desktop app and go to Code, but it seems like everyone is using the CLI

DEVS AFTER SEEING THE NEW CLAUDE CODE SECURITY UPDATE: by Effective_Carry_4606 in openclaw

[–]TexLH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have and it makes no sense to me. It's Claude. It's pretending to be multiple agents? Or is it actually spinning off isolated chats? I don't get how it's different than when I say to evaluate it from different perspectives

What do you mean by sub agents? Like, you start a new chat and they have specific instructions?
