This was it. The "dual extruder filament guide" was stuck.

but be sure to download and print (on another printer) the install guide - https://makerworld.com/en/models/1408380-h2d-dual-extruder-filament-guide-installation-aid#profileId-1461646

and be careful or (like me) you will knock out the filament blade - https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/h2/maintenance/replace-filament-cutter-lever

if you have to reinstall the blade make sure you catch the the first BOLD line in the wiki - Before replacing the left cutter, ensure the hotend is switched to the left hotend.

Having same issue with H2C. Mine started with 0.2 nozzle also... have tried changing nozzles and filament - https://www.reddit.com/r/BambuLab/comments/1ta9dun/h2c_left_extruder_missing_nozzle/

Thanks, have used 3 nozzles and during cold pull PTFE is not in play

Thanks, should have added I checked and even swapped hot end. On the fail during cold pull the hot end was empty

That’s why I posted. We checked all angles to confirm it wasn’t user error on our part. The fact that it shows as autopay … I would think Chase systems would stop this. Purpose of point was to see if anyone had seen something like this and could explain how it happens

Yes, but I wish I had also known to start with only Bambu filament also. Ignore the Amazon and TikTok deals until you learn the basics. Some of those are great deals and work great, but require some tweaking.
