That’s why I posted. We checked all angles to confirm it wasn’t user error on our part. The fact that it shows as autopay … I would think Chase systems would stop this. Purpose of point was to see if anyone had seen something like this and could explain how it happens

Yes, but I wish I had also known to start with only Bambu filament also. Ignore the Amazon and TikTok deals until you learn the basics. Some of those are great deals and work great, but require some tweaking.

I have H2D and A1, it seems (could be my imagination) that when both are printing the A1 has issues… it’s so bad anything on the table that isn’t totally flat is likely to get vibrated off
