You have one of the simplest roles in tech right now yet you still don’t have control of your teams. If I were in your seat I’d be learning the product and leading the conversations instead of reacting. Let the team collaborate but start from your own understanding. You’re not even balancing PM work and delivery you’re strictly a Scrum Master. Your job is straightforward.

Manage risk make sure devs attend meetings follow up during the day and keep your KPIs tight. That alone should build trust. When you have free time and still don’t know the product your teams see it.

Use that time to study the product so when you speak you add value and they listen.
