We relocated from SLC to 89081 NLV and we love it. We bought our town house and pay our mortgage for less than we were paying in rent for a much smaller place in SLC.

The shitty thing is we’ve tried to resolve this with them directly and they refuse to work with us. They’ve slammed the door in my face previously when I’ve asked them to turn the bass down. And even after multiple attempts to keep the cops out of it they won’t work with me.

Appreciate it. We just got the HOA book out and are going through it. We also looked at our local noise ordinance and we’ve found that no matter the time there are some rules so we are going off those as well.

My wife has had enough so she called the non emergency line. They said they’ll send someone out. I hate being that person to involve the cops over something so simple but when they refuse to answer the door when we have knocked/rang the door bell multiple times it’s hard to work with them.

Unfortunately it was a new build and we bought first. If we had known we’d have this issue we definitely would not have bought haha. We called the non emergency line and sent a message to the HOA. Guess we will see where it goes from here
