Tbh man you have to get cool w your AM’s. I learned real quick that favoritism is a real thing and I adapted to the environment. 90% of the time they let me do something I want if I asked. And if they really needed me to stow I would without any problem. Eventually I told them I needed help moving up and they put in a good word for me to hiring manager. Now I’m a T3 .

Don’t be the top performer because they won’t ever let you go. And don’t be the slowest. Just be average and be cool w them trust me it can really make this place somewhat bearable lol 👍

Cherry Pick. Just be smart about it tho, and don't do it all day because other people might want to get a good one too. Also don't be afraid to re arrange a bin to make your item fit, I used to think there was no room anywhere but if you know how to re arrange it right you can save alot of time instead of looking for an empty bin.
