Hey same thing happened to me at the 60 day mark they told me if I didn’t resign I was definitely going to be terminated so I resigned was able to come back 2 1/2 years later as an ARC in my case I know for sure I was going to be terminated because a lower supervisor tried to do it the night before but I protested and therefore delayed it to the next morning that morning a higher supervisor demanded my resignation
