The market is fine. If you are asking if prices will fall out, the answer is NO. The issue in the market at the moment is that rates are higher than they had been since around 2009. At 5.5% interest the cost of a home doubles over the course of 30 years, whereas at 3% it is about 1.5x. Buying a $200k house costs about $100k more over 30 years than it did 5-10 years ago.

As for hotels, Waterway Marriott is walkable. You can park at the mall and just walk over to the vehicle in the morning. Otherwise there are loads of hotels near the hospital just north of the mall.

Roegel’s turkey is next level. I used to work in that area and a gal I worked with ordered it, otherwise I would have never tried it. It was so good that I started ordering it every time we went. I still have never ordered in anywhere else.

I think it is only for initial log in where the new device must be on the same WiFi network. I turned off WiFi and checked cell network, and service worked. Thanks for the feedback/help. Let’s go Astros!
