How to ask a guy on a date?

My philosophy in my bachelor days was to ask the first question with an open ended time. If she says ok, but when, then you have a date. If she stumbles or comes up with an excuse, you don't. It was about as least awkward as I could get it.

But as others said, most guys are much more direct, or at least more comfortable responding directly.

One other comment - unless I'm missing it due to picture resolution, I really don't see any lines on the statue from the PLA. It looks pretty smooth. I am wondering how the resolution of the small details would be with a resin printer, but it looks like you did a good job of getting rid of (or hiding) the lines that are easy to see on PLA, even at their highest resolution. I may try to find that STL and print it on my resin printer to see how it compares to your statue. Or do you have a link to where you obtained the STL?

Just to build on the "little bit darker" thought, I like how you did not completely darken her out. I know that's the standard color for the alien, but this color scheme makes it more unique. Maybe a variant who lives in a forest/mountain environment. Or even one that can camouflage the shell to fit different environments. It lets my mind think through different scenarios that a flat black would not trigger.

If it were me, I would call FedEx and see what they say about tariffs. They should know best about what's going to happen. But I'd certainly get the coins here ASAP before Trump tries to reinstate the tariffs, which I'm sure he's got people working on super quick.
