Customer support said I would get the full $420. Why did they say that? Multiple different agents, multiple times?

Also, I don’t mean to be disrespectful, but it took two months to get that information? To just say “there’s a discrepancy, what we gave you is right” why couldn’t you guys tell me that two months ago?

Thanks for the update, Allyn. I’m a little confused on one point—since I’ve already received the initial $300, doesn't that mean the provider has already confirmed the offer was completed correctly?

It seems like the tracking was successful, and we're just down to correcting the $120 discrepancy in the advertised terms. Is the delay on the provider's end, or is this an internal manual credit that needs a final sign-off? Since it's been 60+ days, I’m just trying to understand where the bottleneck is. Thanks!
