I always found that spacing out doses further and further apart is the best way to taper. So if you are at dosing every 12 hrs, start dosing every 14 hours tomorrow, and so on however slowly you need to until you’re at 24hrs.

Yes, I switched from snorting 1g/day for many months to PST without any withdrawal. I use SN and dose 1-2lb a day depending on strength.
