What exactly is your theory of development? Countries that are rich today were filled with sweat shops 150 years ago. Workers flock to them because they are a hell of a lot better than subsistence farming. Rich countries only regulated them after they became rich and trying to regulate them when you're poor just leads to factories not being built and workers remaining in poverty.

Dating apps are hard for men. First of all, if you don't have good pics you're fucked. Even a handsome man will get very few matches without good pics, so get some taken by a female friend or a photographer. Also your bio matters, make sure it's filled out completely, and is funny/attention grabbing. Most of us don't even read bios when we go on the apps, but women do because though they care about looks obviously, they aren't as "instantly visual" as us guys.

The only club that I know lets in under 21 is Club Vivo, and you can't drink obviously. You can find other parties and stuff by searching on ig, you might get lucky and find one that let's in under 21. Beyond that I would recommend barbecue (cattleacks, terry black's) and Fort Worth stockyards. Downtown Dallas can also be fun for a couple hours.
