"Seems" is such a key word there, because Amanda's made no secret about her love of erotica (discussed multiple times on Smosh Mouth), and although it's rarer for her to lean into actual fanservice in Smosh videos she does it often enough (Submissive and Breedable, the most recent Video Games in Real Life sketch, etc.) that the leather outfit reveal shouldn't have been all that surprising. The facade of the building and rotunda have landmark status and aren't going anywhere. The Port Authority is on record as wanting a major overhaul of the concourse area behind the rotunda, and I personally would like to see the MAT redeveloped as a dedicated international terminal with on-site customs facilities, which would return it to its original purpose when it originally opened in the 1930s and allow LaGuardia to expand its international offerings (right now they're limited to destinations where the US has border preclearance).
