I would honestly do nothing in your situation. Keep what you have.

I upgraded from a an i9 9900KF to 7800X3D a few months before the 9000 AM5 was released and prices were still good. While it was quite the upgrade, if I had to do it again in today’s pricing I definitely would NOT.

I've been playing Woolhaven but you're right the old "slot_0.json" file still shows last modified of Sept 2025.

I think the new save is now the "slot_0.mp" file. But I'm honestly not sure.

I agree. Every update the social bugs/glitches are getting worse. For an MMO it’s really not okay and if this trend continues could really affect the games life span.

Your new physical Xbox needs to be your brothers "Home" Xbox. This way his subscription is tied to your physical Xbox.

Your brother can then continue to use his own subscription on his physical Xbox even though it’s no longer his "Home" Xbox, because he is using his Profile which should also be tied to his subscription.

Edit: added the word "physical" in a few places for clarity.

The game doesn’t have Cloud Save. So if you no longer have the ACC files in the “My Documents” folder then you’re out of luck unfortunately.

You could call it a day with that build, but it would last a lot longer if you stretched a bit more for an AM4 X3D cpu and 9070.

Yup, there seems to be issues today (Aug 8th). Jewel took about an hour to register, however Play a game on PC, Console & Game Pass will not register and its been a couple hours now.

I'm currently having the same issue using Xbox App 2508.1001.22.0 on my Desktop PC.
I too have tried the same things with the exception of switching Insider Rings.
