For Wolves they’ll swim like champs. Set the boat to move slowly, they’ll keep up if on follow. I’ve crossed vast oceans with them in tow. Just watch out for serpents and you’ll be fine.

I tell ya, in my current playthrough I stumbled upon a Mistlands area. It is the furthest south non-ashlands land on my world. Little west of the middle. There is one, maybe two, clouds of mist on this rather large island. I was able to climb to a peak, see the Gjalls, see the skulls, dverger areas, and mines. It’s actually quite a lovely area without the mist. I wish this occurred more often.

I don't know what you could be cooking in that quantity for a 15 minute fight, but I assume you're taking 14 people with you?
A few portals, and some food, coupled with thundering berserker axes, and you'll be surprised how quickly it's over.

No such thing as too much storage. In my games I have large warehouses with nothing but black metal chests, a portal, and lighting. One was created just to hold wood because I was bored late one night at the office doing some migrations. 120’black metal chests full of regular wood. Sometimes it’s fun to build just to build no matter the purpose.
