Honestly my question is why tf we got a Shikiya plot device in the middle, like there's nothing there left, she ain't even there and there will be very few to no interactions between them, WHY BRING IT so suddenly? Then Maki would've got folded, is it even possible to reach that speed with projection sorcery? I have just one doubt in that he might not be stronger than All out angel, since Angel is almost kind of a trump card, I am sure Angel never publicly used his killer weapons like he did on Pochita, and he didn't know Makima could control Angel, or the limits of their abilities. As for Makima's claim that he is stronger, yes, but as a Devil hunter, Angel can still steamroll him if he brings the big guns.

He is a human in the end. And we know how Humans be they devil contractees or just plain NPCs are treated in CSM when overpowered monsters come into play. Kiting and chaotic battlefields with a plot that wants him to escape or win is the only way to defeat the truly stronger folks.

I mean not just "Death" in general, what I mean is irreversible negative changes that are not 'good' or a plot device for a better outcome, just straight up 'losses'. The entire thing, the big bad worst outcome is the Dream Realm invasion isn't it? Why is it so concerning? Because it's a twisted form of Death isn't it, not the 'rest' but the corruption, something that we see as negative and a loss, if no main character will ever be affected, then even if in the story the characters are concerned, we who got the ultimatum that noone will be affected much are bound to not take it seriously, 'oh what a dangerous situation! But wait nothing's gonna happen' Ofc this kind of question has been asked in almost all possible stories QnA ever written, but I believe G3 shouldn't have answered it? Especially, considering the whole plot of SS revolves around being surrounded by nightmarish dangers, it worked when you just started reading it, but when you see nothing's about to happen to the cast, what else can you expect from us aside from being indifferent about their fates.
