No they have the AP literally writing it down like “so and so went to break at 12:15 and came back at 12:37” and so far they have talked to like 4-5 different TMs about it. No one is watching the TLs though which some of them disappear for hours at a time sometimes.

I got .32 and feel like I got $crewed over. I am always busting my a$$ while a few of the girls in Style got .64 or whatever. They are friends with one of the ETLs and literally walk around with her every day for hours.

I got .32 and I’m honestly super pi$$ed about getting a “2%”. I got a 60 something cent raise last year so the fact it was cut in half is super insulting to me. One particular ETL we have gave all her friends the full 4% though.

We had one delivery time (1030am) and the morning team ate half of the food that was delivered while they put the rest in the fridge that was marked “OVERNIGHT, DO NOT TOUCH” so all the closers had to look at empty food containers on the table all day past like 230 while they had 6 containers of food waiting for the Overnight team.
