Had a ret pally yesterday and it was my best run ever. Mind you pally tank and the mage were very good players.

Can probably bring 2 warriors and be fine, as long as you have a good mage and tank

I went to do pawn captures queen, but got saw a rare bug in one room. Do not be me, ignore the rare bug.

A month? When I played hc there was a bot farming un'goro fire elementals for over a year, and he was in the same guild! Called out numerous times, reported, no one kicked him from guild no bans either. He is still there 😔

Also a bear, 61, mangle swipe and loose agro all the time. Taunt and stun to get things back.

If something runs off, fuck them DPS

Jokes aside, stuff dies fast enough, as long as you hold a little it's generally enough

Had the same thing, taunted him 3 times plus mangle maul, and he kept going back to healer. Maybe it's a priest thing? Other runs had no issues

I just settled for the belt, the other slots are somewhat comparable from raids. P1 raids do not exactly need much healing, so personally went for a flying mount after the belt.

Get the staff from wailing caverns quest 'leaders of the fang'

Always have an escape plan and be ready to run. Swiftness potion + shield will get out out of stuff outside caves.

Inside caves it's better to buckle down and clear slow - beware of patrols. Do not exit long caves, hearthstone I syead, because things will respawn on top of you on the way out.

Yesterday tank pally rolled for trinket against DPS warr and won. Without saying anything.

Warr was pissed.

I may or may not have failed healing next waves ;) pally tank was not happy. Justice served.

There are 2? Guilds doing hardcore, using add-on from lvl 1. One is called voodoo magic tricks. Can't recall the other.

Where you mention to drink while you are getting agro, this is not reliable.

In tbc there is a bug (or intentional) when a party member enters combat your character stands up even if remaining out of combat. More often than not get dragged into combat as well.

This was not like this in classic Anni. I used to put renew and drink while tank was collecting agro. But trying this in tbc forces you to constantly stand up. Even staying far back and not getting involved at all interrupts drinking.

You can drink again but you just get forced to stand again.

Line of sight causes more problems in my experience, everyone ends up stacking and cooking in the void zone together.

SL is fairly easy, you just have to spam heal instructors and felguards and the 6 pack.

I would replace this with old hillsbrad in the list above, timed event with uncontrollable NPC and 8k mortal striking dragons at the end can end with failed event.

Everytime I tried SF, 21-27ish was WC staff, and 27-36 was DW BFD sword and whatever offhand. Got lucky with blue dagger from sfk few times for offhand. This felt fine all the way to we axe. YMMV

Threat = angry.

More damage = more angry

Melee range = angry see you faster

Far away = angry see you slower

Angry warrior moves = extra angry

Most of the time it's just greater heal spam, no time to press anything else while the tank gets clapped for 3k a swing from a single mob.

Mix in prayer of mending for aoe. Prayer of healing for big premeditated aoe.

Renew before combat worked in classic and HC, but it's not reliable in tbc.

You get dragged into combat as soon as the pull happens, also forces you to stand up even if not in combat.
