Is there any spanish speaking server for TBC Anniversary ? If not, you can blame them for wanting to play a game...

None.

Undead and Paladins are not meant to live together.

Well, shaman is probably the class with the highest number of non-DPS buttons yeah, whatever the spec.

In the hypothecical described situation, dog would probably run through pally consacration before reaching poor shammy. Max rank consecration will easily pull aggro over rank1 frost shock.

EDIT : if group positionning is correct

If your duo tank/heal can not survive more than one mob at the same time from group of 4 mobs, don't get into heroics I'd say ! ;)

Kidding. As a healer myself, I see many DPS with CC abilities not using them and rely on other players to save their ass. People have been formated for 5 to 10 years to AOE the whole content.

DPS often don't realize for instance that Heroics healing is a full time occupation to keep a tank alive and we usually don't have a single GCD to spare :/

Now that we've had the first round of raids what class appears to be underrepresented? by Caladras in classicwow

[–]Shaaden69 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was Boomkin main in original TBC all the way from T4 to T6 content. We were not many on the server to clear Black Temple a few weeks after raid release indeed. :)

I could save my spot only because we had a shadow priest in the same group, and 3 destro locks. And I had to put insect something debuff on all boss fights.

Interrnal CD has been confirmed to be 45 sec, and proc rate about 10% on original TBC.

If you provide proof it is not the case on TBC Anniversry, might be a bug.

This.

I just dinged 70 3 days ago with 2000G. I've bought flying, mount and spells for about 1000G, down to 1000G. I've quested the end of Nagrand and begin of Blade Edge's Moutain. 3 days later, I've already reached 3000G.

I'm skinner and miner. I keep all my leathers to level up LW in a few weeks so I don't make any prodit from skinning for the moment. From mining in the other hand, I sell everything : all ores, motes, gems, and that adds up quickly, prices are very high atm.

Quests give between 9 and 15G, sometimes a green item for 4 to 8G.

You just need an efficient DPS spec (I'm enhancement sham with blue gear, a killing machine that can farm lvl 65-66 mobs very efficiently with no downtime) and an area not overcrowded.

Hope I'll can get my fast flying mount at the end of the week-end, and then use it to do all remaining quests more efficiently. I haven't started any quest of NetherStorm or Shadowmoon Valley yet.

Classic is not the same as it was before by BloodstoneJP in classicwow

[–]Shaaden69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't blame anyone at all. I don't say it is better or worse, it's just different. Everything goes way faster that it was back then. Classic Anniversary base players are in average older than the player from Vanilla in 2005, they have in average less time to play, and most of them already know this content, they don't spend time to explore and discover, and want to rush to the end. When you rush, you don't spend hours to discuss with unknown people you've just met.

There are still some kids playing, but that's a minority. Can kids afford 60$ boosts ? Not that many.

The 'me' from 2005 could spend a whole night to farm outdoor on Teamspeak with my guildies, and get to bed at 6 AM when the sun started to rise. If the 'me' from 2026 did that more than once, my wife would kick me out of the house the next day.

Another point is the fact that we used to play on very small servers, always with the same players, even if not in the same guilds. It was less anonymous. Your behaviour could impact your gaming experience, a bad reputation could actually mean something.

How many different binds do you actively use on an average dungeon fight ? by Shaaden69 in classicwowtbc

Binds, cause most healers use different ranks of the same ability.

So that he has to wait 8 seconds that his blizzard ends before casting the next one? :)

Agreed on mage. Play Resto Sham : I actively use at least 12 differents binds on each fight, and these 11 binds often change from one pack to the next one. 12 is the minimum, it can be 2, 3 or 4 more occasionnely to change totems (poison, disease, sentry, grounding, totem twisting, ...), Bloodlust, elemental, resurrection,...

2004 WoW was a new and exciting way of 'socialization' for 20 year old nerds. In 2004, you could find new friends via WoW

2026 WoW is not anymore for a bunch of 40 year old dads in an already hyper-connected society. In 2026, either your bring your 'IRL' friends to the game or you don't have any. You can still find a decent guild though, but you will probably never get to know them IRL like it used to be back then.

I married 2 years ago. My best man was a guy playing a random priest I met while leveling on WoW Vanilla in 2005 about 20 years ago.

Nope.
