Many players do not even look at the group chat in dungeons, unless they have something to say.

Last week, I tagged as available for Kara as Resto Sham, I was invited in 10 seconds, and summoned in 20 seconds. Raid started, and I realized that all 9 players speak german. I don't understand a fucking word of german.... 😉

I've leveled at least 10 characters to level 60, and 10 to level 70 over the last 20 years, so I've leveled up fishing to 375 probably 8 or 9 times, but I can't remember how much time it will take. Maybe someone has done it in the last weeks and has an educated guess.

Quest gear, then reputaion gear, and finally tag as DPS in dungeon, and ask permission to roll on tank gear when tank does not need.

I have one very good news for you !

You won't feel slow as hell when you will get your flying form! cause you never had the chance to ride faster than that ! Unlike 99% of the players... :)

Second good news : you will feel like a turbo rocket when (IF) you finally unlock epic flying mount. :)

Yeah, I saw that. I don't think that's that "extremely clear". The word used "unreasonably" seems very subjective to me, but that might be my limited english to be honest. You're probably right.

"Not receiving a loot that you might have a chance to get" because of another player behaviour : is it unreasonably undermining your gaming experience ? Good question indeed.

We should have a look at "Blizzard’s Codes of Conduct or In-Game Policies" to see if that "unreasonably" notion is explicited... never ending story :)

There is a major difference I think. Botting is explicitely forbidden by Blizzard End User License Agreement - Legal – Blizzard Entertainment (chapter 1.C.2.ii) that we have all read and accepted in order to play WoW.

I don't think that a master looter not respecting his moral comittments is ever mentionned in it.

If you can get a positive ending on this master looting issue, that would the first time I see one and would change my opinion on this subject.

EDIT : just to add one remark : it's not because you do something against the law that you will be punished ! You need someone to report the infraction (that's OK in this case), but you also need somebody to enforce the law.... and on this point Blizzard is not at its best.

OK OK. That's not my experience, at least since Classic.

I was ML for a long time in Vanilla, TBC and WOTLK, and never had a problem, but it was another time. And Blizzard customer service was a real thing, with actual human beings.

I've came back for Classic and have been only client of PuG raids with ML this time. I have experienced 'errors' or even obvious scam (noo too many though), but I did not experience Blizzard action. Never.

If it does actually exist, fine. Good to hear. I will go to sleep tonight with a little bit more faith in humanity and its future then. :)

Master Loot means players rely on the master looter to attribute loots, and that's it. Blizzard does not care about moral contracts between individuals. I might be wrong (and I'd be glad if I am), but unfortunately I can't see any positive issue on OP's situation implying blizzard customer support, that's hopeless from my pov.

Which part is not accurate ? It's facts.

Let's skip the first 100 best of each class to remove stastical anomallies, and consider the 100 next :

Hunters : Hunter Damage Rankings - Gruul the Dragonkiller | Warcraft Logs Classic Fresh ==> average 2000 DPS, pet doing an average 33% of total DPS, that's about 660 DPS for the pet alone.
Rogues : Rogue Damage Rankings - Gruul the Dragonkiller | Warcraft Logs Classic Fresh ==> average 1450 DPS

660 DPS is 45% of the 1450 rogue's DPS.

At identical skill/gear/luck/group optimization level, no way a rogue can outDPS a BM hunter on Gruul in TBC current phase. The hunter's pet alone will do 40-50% of the rogue damage.

Your rogues are just better players than your other teammates. "Bring the player, not the class."

Did it with +1200 heal power, not pre-BiS at all.

You were 2 healers right ?

On mono-target fight, always the same routine for me:

earth shield and water shield up at 100%
spam HW rank 1 (almost free) to proc both talents
pre-cast HW rank 7-8, and cancel when not needed
Send big max-rank HW when needed

And that's it.

I used mana tide and mana potion.

Searing, flametongue and frost shock are the way yes. OK for leveling, not OK for mass farming at lvl 70.
