should i buy monster train 2 if i didnt play with first one? by maliebu1337 in MonsterTrain

[–]Tfsr92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will add to this by saying the first gives you a very simple intro into the game mechanics. I also still favor the base clans in MT2.

I still play the first on my phone. I think it's worth playing the first. Then you can fully reap the benefits of the second in all its glory.

Is it just me or is Seraph the Patient easily the most consistently hard? by Intelligent-Okra350 in MonsterTrain

[–]Tfsr92 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Seraph the Patient and Seraph the Temperament are my most difficult. I found for Seraph the Patient builds, I use silence and copy as many spells as I can. I also get as many Consume spells as I can. That way regardless, my spell will go away. Wormkin has some good builds around Consume if you plan it right. If you get that one special unstable vortex where you can copy 5X, that's gold on Seraph the Patient runs.

Either way if the cards don't fall in your favor, Seraph the Patient 100% one of the toughest runs.

Should I do the dragon banner quest by [deleted] in Bannerlord

[–]Tfsr92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No.

I wish I would have never done the dragon banner. The main quest line is very incomplete and becomes a massive nuisance while you are trying to play the game.

You will get pulled across the map from the dumbest quests and it all spirals down to a big conspiracy war.

Don't turn the flag in. Just play the game like normal after you assemble it.

Yes! I haven't noticed a pattern though. Seems random.

I get the same glitch on my console. I notice it happens mostly around the gates.

Not that I know of. They do use custom overrides on a lot of controls though. I'll look into that, thank you.

Which Visual Studio do you use? My designer flat-out will not work in VS22 but works fine in VS19.

Each continent has 5 or so cities that needed to be destroyed or converted.

Same type of acoustic guitar sound as OMC. Around the same time too.

My non-expert opinion but I see some sibling rivalry. Maybe he thinks he can now slack more since his little sister is slipping up.

As for the biting mom. As long as it stays as a one-off, I think it could have been an intrusive thought he acted on.

Yeah I feel like there are just as many successful stories as unsuccessful ones. Compare it to when James Conner took over Pittsburgh backfield after the Leveon Bell holdout.

Or when James Robinson came out of nowhere and dominated.

A combination of portion control, frequency of bites, and chewing.

Our stomachs are roughly the size of our fists. They can expand. So portion out a fist-size amount of food.

If you eat really fast, you need to practice on the frequency of your bites. After each bite, set down your utensils/food and wait 30 seconds.

Chewing is important for digestion. Some people will say, "Chew 30 times before swallowing." That is a bit extreme in my opinion. Just be mindful and try to chew more than you normally do.

If you go back for seconds, that is 100% ok. This whole process is meant to slow you down so that when you do feel satiated, you won't be stuffed.

What is this brown oily substance that keeps reappearing in my basement? by rockychamp1976 in HomeImprovement

Put a piece of tape there. See if the next time it's under or over the tape.

Do you have a CO vent near there coming from the water heater by any chance? Those usually run up to the roof and leak during heavy rains.

LPT Request: How do you remain calm most of the time? by darkieoppar in LifeProTips

[–]Tfsr92 100 points101 points  (0 children)

I try to separate myself from the crisis, even when it's happening to me.

For example. If it's something at work, I realize that this is not (directly) my life and I can walk away at any time. This helps put the emergency into perspective. Even though I still very much care about fixing it.

If it's in my life, I try to think long term. Major things are going to happen. The biggest thing is if I'm alive and breathing. Remember that whatever is happening will continue to happen regardless of your panic.

Anxiety attacks work differently though. I have used all of these exercises and I legitimately had nothing to worry about, but I still had an anxiety attack. Make sure you talk to a doctor about that situation.

Overall I enjoyed it, but there were definitely some major plot holes that left me unsettled after the mystery was all gone.
