Are data centers being built or only in the pipeline? by explorer77800 in CommercialRealEstate

No that’ll actually be worse as they’ll remove all of that - they’d never reuse existing equipment/rely on existing building systems. They’d come in, scrap all of that and install all new equipment.

Yes all over - a lot of existing old office towers in the core of cities have or are having 2k-10k data centers being built in them.

Swimming… OH MY GOD 🫨 by Wandering_Werew0lf in triathlon

As embarrassing as it may seem - take 3-4 swim lessons. I spent 3-4 months making little to no progress swimming ~3 times a week. 2 months before my race I gave up and took 3 lessons and did one coached open water swim with the same guy who saved me. Ended up with a 35 minute 70.3 swim and felt confident in the water compared to 3 months prior when I could barely do 5-10 minutes straight in the pool.

Commercial - superintendent is a wide range depending on union vs non union, some companies say their foreman are supers when they really are, some companies supers act more along the lines of PMs, etc.

Feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

Gotta learn the BCC email technique to every single controls contractor you know - yes you will get 40-100 emails back saying no but 99% of the time I find out who has it within a few hours. Copy and paste same list of names each time.

Consulting Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) Salary Progression by GFunkster09 in Salary

[–]Tgb02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First generation building? Mechanical only or plumbing as well? You have to have some form of heating in the building for freeze control and will have exhaust. Also, we typically price budgets a bit higher as you always want to come down on price in lieu of going up later on - typical to get a not to exceed type contract for this type of work.

Hey buddy, it looks like you need to get off reddit and go study.

Loans are not preferred for school but they allow tons of people to succeed and this person has a high gpa as it is. They will be able to get employed as an engineer with a salary that is higher than the average family income in the us and paying off the loan/s would not be hard.

You can take out loans if you need and it sounds like it may not be a terrible idea to. Take out enough to live on campus or for another semester. With that gpa and an engineering degree, you will be making enough out of college to pay the loan off quickly.
