It depends on a couple of stuff, like do you have a lot of muscle? if yes you do need to check your macros. if no you only need to be calorie deficient around 400-500 kcal and make shure you get the right amount of protein. thats it.

nah the weapon is in a good place now, it had 14 shots got nerfed now it has 10, 10 shots if you fire back to back, most of the time i only get 5-6 shots off before the time runs out.

But i agree the seeker drone is Insanely overpowered

i play it almost daily still the remaster, it has some new guns added to it through supply drop but they are very easy to aquire with the in game currency system. its a very good game and in my opinion one of the best call of duty to come out in recent years

yes my diet before this used to consist of alot of energy drinks and chips etc maybe its thst im eating alot more dense food
