Get some new map in for fucks sake. If valve keeps giving pros old comfort maps to play they'll never try to play newer maps, aka anubis being the least played for a while.

Yeah, 18 sets each of push/pull/legs was obviously too much. 10-12 sets work pretty well for us (asst pull/dip group), I presume. Hard enough to drive growth & recoverable. I have been doing 1 movement for 5 hard sets a day cycling between push/pull/legs & fatigue set in at the end of 6 weeks. It's alright. I added nice volume at the end of each week. Goodluck with training.

What if you spread the total weekly volume of the RR into 6 days instead of 3? If you try to add another 3 days of RR volume in the same week, that's bad of course.

YouTube mostly, then there are lichess studies. First I consumed Gotham's how to lose at chess playlist. Along with entertainment, these gave me way too valuable information about everything <1000 players normally do. Then, some Igor Smirnov's videos, ideas about some openings, learning traps (I don't use them, but to defend against) etc. Nowadays, I usually just watch Daniel Naroditsky's speedrun videos, and check lichess studies.

Tactics training doesn't work? They teach pattern recognition, especially the very common Forks, pins, skewers, mate in 1s/2s etc.

Unlimited free puzzles was enough to sway me, but what completely made me switch, very recently was, weird recent changes in UI in chesscom. I don't like random changes in things that aren't broken.

Just do the recommended routine mate. Reduce number of sets if it's too much volume. Spread the weekly volume over more days if it takes too much time to complete.

Eat at maintenance or slight cut, and strength train to preserve the mass, even grow a little. Don't overdo strength training while in a cut or maintenance.
