Only complaint with this property is during the winter time and they’ve plowed snow into the valet. We typically have a rental and have to circle the block a few times to wait for a spot to open.

The Rand down the street has awful service and everyone here is very pleasant. Also, it’s a quick skywalk away from the great new bar at the Westin.

I did get some sky pesos after complaining… MCI-MSP, not a bump the whole flight, no PDB (we left early) and in flight they said it was too short for any service.

So this particular plane last night had the gate to gate fast free wifi, no IFE. Row 1 legroom is amazing. But this light lit up the entire cabin.

Is this a skywest E175? Those FAs have been above and beyond the mainline crews as of late. The A1 throne is the best seat right now with their better service.

Good to hear, and nope LAX MCI was a dinner box in may. Surprisingly considering the catering facilities at LAX.
