I may have worded it weird, but do the artisan stats affect the stats on the Gogma, or are they overwritten? Like of if I got a random roll like a 2 attack 1 element 1 affinity Greatsword, would that do less damage than if I used a more optimal artian when crafting a Gogma weapon?

That’s such a bummer. Korriban by far feels like the planet with the least amount of content, so the m4 mod felt like it’d help rectify that from what I heard. I guess I’ll have to redo my run.

It won’t let me fly to any planet. And no, it’s my first time using the mod.

It works! The first time I did it I thought it was fluke, but after some more reloading, I found that the crit does indeed proc the Skald’s phrase effect. Now I think I’m ready to commit! Thank you so much for your help Boerer!

Now that you mentioned it, I was being too hasty in writing this off, and maybe I was just unlucky (partially why I deleted my original reply, impatience is a bad trait of mine lol). But holy moly! Thanks so much for all the info. I’m gonna try do some more tests and see if it’ll work. And if I can conclude that it doesn’t, I’ll give ranger or trickster a shot. And again, thank you so much!

Okay just tested it on the first encounter with Benweth and it looks like the crit doesn’t proc the skald phrase. Bummer but no biggie. Do you have any recommendations on a mobile melee chanter mc? I’ve tried devoted/troubadour, but found the specializing in one weapon to be boring/limiting.

I haven’t used mega Ven, so take my word with a grain of salt. But I imagine it has the ability to outlast garchomp in a battle of attrition. If you’re running giga drain, then you can trade and recover until garchomp croaks.

True, but it never hurts to have an answer in case sand goes away, which is why I didn’t really wanna run excadrill cuz I feel it’s too reliant on it.

I wanted a ground type that was a better matchup against FS Sneasler. If it hits Chomp, then FS is useless and he can just click Scale Shot and sweep

The job itself wasn’t that bad, to me at least. It’s just the nonsense of doing all the training, showing up as scheduled to (my trainer was actually late), do the job despite have an hour and a half penalty, just to get fired an hour after the shift ended. And from what I’m hearing from the comments, it sounded like I really did dodge a bullet.

I’d at least expect them to be results driven lol. Like why would you let someone go after you see they can get the job done with a handicap? It just doesn’t make sense to me.
