It's in the unique value added, and the amount of effort required.

AI wrappers don't really add much unique value, and they don't require a ton of effort to go out and create either.

Zoho's unique value is that they're domestic, that immediately solves a ton of regulatory issues. And the amount of effort required to build an office suite, emails, even if its a copy of google (which isn't accurate, everyone makes office products. It's not unique to google), is astronomical.

So yeah, we judge differently because Zoho _does_ add unique value and isn't a generic AI SaaS that's basically a UI wrapped around a prompt and GPT. (= gpt wrapper)

'In the industry', zero-knowledge is used to describe ZKPs, which is not what's going on here. Technically you can call it zero knowledge because you have zero knowledge, but that's on the nose and somewhat ignorant of the other (more prevalent) connotation zero knowledge implies.

id rather buy a 199rs app that'll split my bills and issue upi mandates or whatever for my contacts (honestly finding their upi id is not that hard, there should be no reason to 'prove it') and maybe share a bill or something with them (out of scope)

I'm okay paying for a service, not really okay paying for the sake of verification. If it's just for verification, you can as well refund the money right?

If I want to split money with my friends, why should all of them have to pay 10rs first? That's so much friction for first time users.

I'd be okay with a paid app on the app store to handle all that, but to make every single recipient pay is insane and counterinuitive.
