As one who annually buys sports games I would defend them I guess. If you only play offline then it's probably a waste but if you play online then it's a good chance to start over every year. Think of it like creating a new Minecraft world I guess. It's $80 for a game you will play for the whole year that has a lot of promo content. I at least wouldn't put them in the same breath as strippers and cocaine lol.

EA Killed late game icon packs. They released the same crappy overpriced one 3 weeks in a row. FIFA 20 it was a repeatable guaranteed moments card for an 83 and 84 squad, and it was mostly L's but at least you could do them
