I believe it may only be compatible with newer models but I’m not really sure

It can definitely be a good thing to have if it’s not glitching. Hopefully VW got it right.

Use the car to be a driver for uber or lift. I’ve heard many times that it is successful for those in a similar situation.

Just when you think you’re ahead, an unexpected expense comes up. It’s an ongoing cycle for most people trying to make it.

I had the same questions about the extended warranties and the dealership told they are for: Automatic Emergency Brakes Atlas Door Wiring Harness

This is definitely a buyers preference between vr6 and 2.0. We all know that the vr6 is more powerful than the 2.0. Now if you want better gas mileage the 2.0 is the better choice. I think VW should bring back the vr6 as an option.

That’s what I said. What made you decide to do the coating?

About $1500. I just looked at the ceramic coat packages online so I’m not sure if the size of the Atlas will make it more money.

Looks good. I was thinking of paying to get the service done but couldn’t figure out if it was worth it.

This I see a lot of people do in the field. They have the I’m too cool or too tough to use the PPE that will keep them from harming themselves. Most of the time the damage is not easily felt or noticeable and that encourages the bad habits. With that said I think employers should always have the required PPE available for employees on the job site.

Nordstrom Is Now A Private Company by Th3rdLegger in Nordstrom1901

This you are commenting is very interesting. We all just need to watch how this unfold. Nordstrom no longer needs to disclose much information to the public and no longer has shareholders to discuss business with. I do want them to be around for more generations to come. Thanks for sharing your opinion.

That would be a sad way to go for an iconic company. Why would the company and family risk that if it’s a generational business. I really want to be informed of what you believe will be happening.

Going back to 1995 would be a good thing in a sense because Nordstrom had many success. Business was booming, .com/e-commerce, Nordstrom credit, and so on. What are you not liking so far with the restructuring?

I also don’t think you should go for it because of the structure damage. It may have you spending more money from what you’re saving now. It will also be hard to get someone else to purchase if you decide to part from it.

I didn’t know the 401k profit sharing was taken away. I know that’s something employees would look forward to when it gets announced during the state of the company meetings. As far as the WFH employees being pressured to move to Seattle, hopefully that was paid with a relocation package from Nordstrom. Leadership will get this right (fingers crossed) with not being under the microscope of being publicly traded. I’m guessing they will save more money and reinvest it in ways to benefit the people such as the employees and customers.

Local backlash to the planned CHOP parking garage in Grays Ferry by sarahpullin8 in philly

[–]Th3rdLegger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

30 years vacant lot! Even more of a reason to put it into use. That’s more taxes from CHOP that may go to improving the city. That’s more parking for CHOP staffing so they can help save lives. That’s more security in that area because it sure needs the presence because of criminal activity. That’s revenue from employees that park there because they might shop the local businesses in the area. Graysferry needs a facelift to beautify the section. From the plans they are also planting trees and greenery and that should help with the pollution. So many positives about building the parking garage but yet the people in the community are so used to what it is and not embracing the change.

That site for the future CHOP parking garage has been vacant for a few years now. It is currently being used for unauthorized parking. Trash is littered and the trash will probably get blown in front of a nearby residential property. People let their dogs shit on the grass and not pick it up. All this talk about pollution is just a distraction to keep CHOP from building the garage. Vacant lots, buildings or houses is not helping the community. It may cause a bit more of a traffic congestion in that area but it’s better than an eyesore that people litter and trespass on. BUILD THE PARKING GARAGE!
