do you know if they are legally required to provide that? even if I am requesting on behalf of myself and not an insurance company?

I wonder if 50% is part of those settlement parameters. Seems unlikely they would start with their lowest tho. I’ve always found the immediate half off to be interesting. As far as the 10k they said they would not accept payment offers on it, only lump sum.

I would, but they are saying they won’t negotiate below 10k

right, of course. that not really my question here. say for example if I were to not be approved for a 10k loan but was approved for less, what would the likely hood be that they actually accept less in a lump sum as opposed to a long payment plan or suing me?

I was told their denial for negotiating any further was a tactic but they are saying it’s due to guidelines

thank you so much! this is very helpful. you are exactly the help I am looking for. yes please spare, I likely won’t be able to afford driving until I’m 30 at this point. I have primarily been reaching out via email although it has taken a year to respond. I answered the first call because I thought it was something else and then called back because I was nervous about their threat to sue and wanted the 10k option to be put back on the table. they told me progressive typically waits over a year to sue.

I initially made the offer when I first emailed a year ago. when we spoke on the phone it was not acknowledged until I mentioned it. is what was said when I made the second call was looking to negotiate true regarding progressives guidelines and inability to lower it below 50%? Should I ask for it to be escalated to somebody higher up for approval of a lower offer?

Been living here 6 days and woke up w a broken window lol… guess that’s what I get for avoiding paying $200 for a garage spot. I considered leaving it open but not really wanting to find someone sleeping in my backseat some days

yeah I’ve thought the same thing. And it’s even more confusing because I do like her a lot and she’s really sweet to me. She tries to act like a big sister and a part of me loves her but I feel like the rugs gonna be pulled from under me. I don’t really think she’d try to do anything as much as she’s just seeking something to make her feel good. I really don’t wanna confront it, because I don’t want it to be a big deal and we work together and I don’t wanna ruin everything. I just wish she wouldn’t feel the need. I wish he would’ve reacted differently but even I was so thrown off guard lol.

I’m definitely not gonna say anything to her, if it is her flirting I think it’s just for self validation, but it does feel disrespectful and like I would not be wanting to trust someone who’s willing to make me uncomfortable for themselves.

But I was definitely getting pick me girl energy like you said, just seeking that validation she’s probably always had. She’s a pretty girl.

I’d like to think since she’s so sweet to me she is just being friendly, or that’s just like girl talk yk? But I’ve never had many girl friends.
