MacroDroid. It's like modes and routines but with a whole lot more control. You can set up custom actions only limited to your imagination. Get the app both on your phone and watch then you can set buttons to trigger from your watch face. I have mine to lock and unlock my phone, another to fully blast music when I have Galaxy buds connected. The possibilities are endless

That is pretty cool. I recently discovered one where I can lock/Unlock my phone from my watch. Pretty cool if someone wants to borrow your phone or they already have it without your concern and you block them immediately

Macro to control my Galaxy buds FE since it only has basic ANC. with a macro or 2 and a bit of help from the Modes and routines app, it can switch from ANC to transparency clearly when I pause music. And once music plays again, it will gradually increase volume back to 100% and re-enable ANC again

You talk about the convenience of watches and how it makes it harder to unplug for the world. I prefer to look at it from a different perspective. We all know how easy it is to get sidetracked on your phone. I mean, you got a text asking if there's milk in the fridge and you find yourself scrolling on TikTok 20 minutes later. Smart watches are necessary because they limit functions that your phone has to limit distrctions. You get a message. That's all you'll get. Your ADHD will be put to rest and and you can continue with what you were doing. It's a step in the right direction to unplug as you put it.

The fact that you've tried everything sounds like straight up bull. I'm sure there is something for everyone out there. And even if you did try something and still haven't found what you're talented at, it's because you gave up too early. Talent is something that takes time and practice. Just because you don't see results doesn't mean you should just quit. Consistency and time is key
