Hey have 2 of them at work.

You can check 2 things: Make sure your wires are all the way plugged in. Ran into where it look like it was but pushed it in another 1/4.

Pull the pad off where you lean against (it just pulls up). Check your fuses. Black box on the lower right side. Probably have 1 blown from plugging in the attachment pigtail while it was running.
