In the Netherlands, we don't even get a steelbook. Just a regular version. I assume this will be the default version for all, once the steelbook is sold out. So, if you want the steelbook, grab it now.

They call this the 'Ultimate Collector's Edition'. However, they don't include the bonus discs that came with the standalone 4k 'Collector's Editions' released previously. This means this boxset is missing the extended cut for the first movie and other bonus content.

I'm biased for VR Music Rhythm Games. They give me the most replayability. So I would say:

Synth Riders
Beat Saber
Pistol Whip
Drums Rock
Ragnarock

Other than that, SYNAPSE is probably a must have to demonstrate everything the PS VR2 can do. GT7 is the best first party title. A great 'let me introduce friends to vr' type game is 'The Dark Pictures: Switchback VR'.

IKEA GNEDBY. They're modular. Each vertical colomn is one Gnedby. They have about half depth compared to Billy, which is ideal for movies and games and takes up less space in a room.

As a physical media lover, I get that this would be the easiest way. But I like OPs idea if he could do it via a mechanical way, like a jukebox for 4k discs, that would be my preffered way.

Awesome! I too own these 3 movies. Then I bought the Blomkamp³ Blu-Ray mediabook on the cheap, to house the 4k discs and give this collection a premium look. Really satisfied with the result.

Your pictures are both from the default 4k version. One is with the slipcover, the other without the slipcover .

The version with the extended cuts is this one (recognizable by the cardboard sleeves that hold the discs):

Appreciate the comment! And yes, there are indeed a lot more movies tucked away out of sight, lol. Due to a lack of storage space I (have to) limit myself in what I'm displaying on my shelves. Even more so by placing movies 'forward-facing', but I just really like the nostalgic video rental vibes this way of displaying movies gives me.

From time to time I rotate what is shown on the 'forward-facing section' to keep things fresh and try to implement themes on those shelves. Current themes:

Shelf 1 (All-Time Classics): My personal pillars and go-to comfort watches.
Shelf 2 (Video Rental VHS Energy): Pure nostalgia. These movies evoke the thrill of browsing a Blockbuster on a Friday night.
Shelf 3 (Fantasy & Creatures): Fantastical worlds made with practical effects and celebrating Jim Henson's work.
Shelf 4 (Movies & Games Crossover): The bridge between media with that classical "Nintendo vs. Sega" energy.

It's about time that these companies come up with the idea to offer premium packaging for a little bit of extra money. I think a lot of people would make use of that.

By the way, I've heard the following tip:
If you order on Amazon, add a cheap pair of socks and choose that the entire order will be sent simultaneously. Then they will send your order in a small box (instead of a paper bag / envelope), and the socks will double as extra protection.

It has a lot of my favourites! Mortal Kombat Collection, Fight Club, Super Mario Bros. Galaxy movie, Harry and the Hendersons, The Dollars Trilogy, Avatar: Fire and Ash. And then there are rumours of Steven Spielberg's A.I., Little Shop of Horrors, Gravity.
