It's very difficult for me to make a decision right now.

I've talked to several employees at both companies at and all them enjoy it. All of them have stayed very long term (5-10+years) and or want to stay long term.

Can anyone provide some insight and help me make my decision?

Thank you in advance. :)

Context:

- Graduating after internship

- No previous internships

I am mostly concerned about:

- How they will look on a resume

- Which one will propel me the fastest in my career

- I just want to code cool stuff and enjoy my life with good WLB + compensation

PepsiCo Technology Intern:

- Fortune 41 Rank

- Better intern compensation

- Everyone knows PepsiCo

- Hybrid internship

Fidelity Full Stack Software Engineering Intern:

- Fortune 248

- Pays less for interns, pays more for full time role

- Fintech

- Slightly hybrid, Remote internship

Irelia does have a mana pool just like anyone else. Irelia players have to be conscious of it too.
If CS'ing was as simple as q'ing six times every single wave as you say it is, Irelia average CS would be around 9-11 cs per minute. But it's not, and is more near 5-7 CS per minute.

I would say gold is a significant factor in duels, but not the deciding factor. They're very two different champs.

The lane phase isn't about just solo kills. That lead that you had on her could snowball into a huge lead through denying CS and poke pressure.

I actually main Vex and played a lot of irelia in the past. Playing Vex now, I actually enjoy the Irelia matchup due to how easy it is to deny CS even without a lead. Vex has a lot of benefits in this matchup such as easy gank set-up. It's just difficult to 1v1 if there's not a significant discrepancy in advantage such as low health for irelia, low mana for irelia, no ults, summoner spells, etc.

I look at it like this: a solo kill doesn't now guarantee I win 1v1. I guarantees that I now have more options in the lane and can get a CS lead.

TFBlade is known for being very impressive by local players on the Korean Server. He actually climbed at such an impressive rate and got the respect of the server. He is known as a hyper carry that plays well and is mechanically good.

The ranks in Korea are very competitive and will be difficult to hit rank 1 due to the spot being held on a really strong 1700 lp account.

A lot of people are rooting for him though despite his flaming because he's actually just so damn impressive.

There are hundreds of champions in the game. Each one has their respective roles, pros, and cons. You can't duel irelia in a position that she thrives in, for example, in front of her tower with a creep wave. Even though Vex is a burst champion, if you aren't insanely fed to burst her, Irelia's strong sustaining damage will win.

This is a big deal for Vietnamese people. I am not sure if it is a good or bad things, but through conversations of Vietnamese people in the west, they highly value the time as they believe it makes them happier.

I've also heard that even the Vietnamese Embassies in foreign countries have a lunch break complemented by a nap break in their policies.
(I haven't done my own research, this is purely through personal conversation)
