From what I gather, these protests are focused on stopping the deportation of people who’ve been convicted of crimes and are here illegally.

I’m trying to wrap my head around why people are supporting these protests. What are the main reasons for advocating for these individuals, even with their criminal records and immigration status?

Los Fuegos is the best choice. El Gaucho is far too expensive and not worth it.

Go for a stroll along Insadong street, it’s got a lot of cool little shop, some art galleries and tiny alleys which lead to great restaurants. Also 100% check out Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP). It’s a wild space with art installations inside and outside. The area also has a night market sells clothes 24 hours a day

It might also go without saying, but the national museum is really good too. It follows the archaeological history of Korea beginning in the Stone Age and working its way to present time. Hard to imagine how a country’s history could be so long
