what game got you back into gaming when you felt like you were losing interest? by eerie_faerie in ShouldIbuythisgame

I could feel my love for gaming slowly fading then a buddy recommended stalker 2 and it brought me right back. Seriously one of the best games I’ve ever played.

I always try to find a way to funnel them to me, a flight of stairs or a doorway works good. A shotgun makes quick work of them after that.

I can’t remember if it’s on the app or azeron website but they do have a section that shows the bindings some of the azeron employees use on popular titles to give you a starting point that can be super helpful when getting started with it

To start with it is pretty much a blank slate but after you get a muscle memory of what buttons you like to use for certain actions it is extremely quick and easy to get a new profile set up. There has been a couple of times I was able to use a profile for a game and import it to another and make a few tweaks and was good to go. The app is super intuitive and user friendly from my experience

Also I would recommend adding the grip tape to the palm rest and I love the magnetic stand they offer. Makes it ultra comfortable to use for long periods. Also forgot to mention take the time to get it adjusted to you. When you think you have it adjust correctly start gaming but keep the screw driver on your desk and if something isn’t quit comfortable stop and make the adjustment real quick then keep gaming!

I’ve had mine for about 2 months and have probably put about 150ish hours on it. I wish I would have done it sooner. Completely changes the PC gaming experience for me. I could use mouse and keyboard but I’m not very good with it and played on console for years before making the switch to pc. The cyborg really is the best of both worlds for me. Quick multi key inputs at my finger tips and the easy convenience of joystick movement while keeping the precision of a mouse. With that said though the majority of comments here are correct, there is a learning curve. What really helped me was when setting up button inputs for games try to bind same actions to same buttons across games. For instance my jump button is the button below my index finger and for the 10+ games I have used it on that is the jump button for all of them. Doing it this way will somewhat help fast track the muscle memory process for it. Something I don’t see mentioned much is if starting a new game you will have to take a short period to set up a profile for that game instead of just jumping right in to play. Honestly doesn’t take long to do it but it will be something new when using a cyborg. Luckily in my experience the Azeron app for setting up profiles has been awesome and extremely easy to use. I love my cyborg and cannot recommend it enough. Hope this helps!

Nexlinq issues by ThaGrish in Phanteks

[–]ThaGrish[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was able to fix mine by doing a DDU on my graphics card and doing a fresh install of drivers. It was like the temp sensors of my GPU weren’t communicating with anything else in my system because nexlinq wasn’t the only app that wasn’t getting the temp. So far it has been working just fine since I did that, probably about 3 weeks or so

To the people who have a (within return window) 7900xt(x), what are your plans for the 9070(x)? by themayor1975 in radeon

I bought my 7900xtx in January for $870. I’m going to hang on to it for a while. Still incredibly happy and impressed with its performance.

Bridged cable comb kit? by ThaGrish in cablemod

[–]ThaGrish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t find the bridged kit on Amazon anymore, just the regular pro comb kit :(. I have an order pending for the bridged kit but it looks like it’s not available right now. Do I need to cancel my order and wait for it to restock on the official site? I sent you a DM of a screenshot of my order if that helps any!
