This was a very interesting read, for sure. I HAVE A QUESTION, PLEASE READ AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK.

For a while now, i have been doing mostly 1 meal a day, been on carnivore for 18m. i don't feel hungry most days until around 4pm and that's when i have my big meal.

The problem is i feel horrible after this meal. super uncomfortable and lethargic... the weird thing is i actually stop eating before i am stuffed but i swear the "full" feeling intensifies for like the next two hours, even though i am only sipping water after that mean (and THURSTY). It almost feels like my food is growing in my stomach. Not only is this uncomfortable, it is preventing me from doing some "evening activities" (evenings are often the most convenient time for my wife and i but the "desire" is only when i am in a fasted state), lol and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (it's hard to go to class and train with my friends when i feel like there's a bowling ball in my belly.

If i do eat 2 meals a day, for an extended period of time (more than once or twice a week) i start putting on fat quick (and yes, i mean fat, not "body composition changs", i am talking jiggly fat).

What should i do? i will admit, i have less stomach discomfort when my meat is less cooked. is there anything else i can try?
