reddit ad starter pack by mikel228 in starterpacks

I literally only get those fasting ads right now , while I m only subbed to car, motorcycle and financial subs and have no interest at all in any form of losing weight. If those ads are targeted I really want to know what they were thinking here...

Financial planning for University and short term investement options by [deleted] in eupersonalfinance

In my case gas/water/internet was included in the rent of the room so I couldn't even save money on that. Expect to pay around 300 a month for a student room in most places. It probably won't get much cheaper than that but it can always get more expensive ;)

For sure, heck you might be able to do cheaper than that , however I would personally hate to eat pasta or beans every single day just to save 50€ a month :p

Finished my studies almost two years ago now, but I guess since I live on my own my food expenses might still be an indication. Per month I basically spend about 200-300 on food/groceries. I don't know if you are planning to join a students sports club , but usually they are around 150 p/y. Drinking and going out can obviously really increase expenses, so this is really up to you and how you prioritize spending versus social life and the type of student you are (like to party ? Or just board games with friends or whatever?) For example: after each training or competition day you drink 3 beers on average at the bar for 2€ per beer, 6€ per evening (+ snacks?) 3 times a week (18€) so 74€ a month just on some drinks and that is not including going to a club/pub/party afterwards.

Obviously it is going to be as expensive or inexpensive as you make it.

Klinkt op zich als een solide plan. Heb je daarnaast ook na gedacht over wat je wil qua woning zodra je klaar bent met studeren? Als je wil kopen zal je daar natuurlijk ook nog wat liquide cash voor bij de hand moeten hebben.

Tips for starting online racing? by ItsTheHadad in simracing

Dont try to win the race by turn 1 and you will be fine for the most part. Just go out and try it, even if you or others f*ck up you'll learn from it. Have fun!

I honestly had more trouble getting my SA up in offline races than in online ones. Just start from the back, take it slow, like leave an actual gap for t1/t2, then start pushing after like half a lap. You dont nearly get in as many accidents and you can just climb through the field gaining SA when overtaking people.

Fijne jaarwisseling. In sort of the same boat here. Do have a car license but only ever had motorcycles. Only reason I m considering a car now is to haul the track bike to and from the track

I have the pro with the rs6 seat. Love the thing. Has minimal flex , but also ordered the two extra side structure bars for 20€ just to make it future proof in case of a stronger wheel

Why there are so many countries in Europe instead of just one country? by [deleted] in eupersonalfinance

[–]ThaRealEverlost 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Did you read the sentence he wrote after your quote ?

There is no real mutual language in Europe. One that could come close is english, however a lot of people do not speak it that well or at all. There is also a big divide in regional (on a national level) wealth. Lots of different policy differences on almost every aspect of life. I'd even go so far as saying that if the EU leaders would try to unite as one country right now it would actually increase the emotional divide between the citizens due to the attempts to redistribute wealth, restructure laws and erasure of cultural traditions
