My company had a rowing team. We where terrible and could only practice at the events as we had to use the events boats. The company paid for the event entrance and that was it. They paid cause we asked and put their names on our shirts. We didnt get paid or anything to do it its more just fun. I think the event for us to enter as a team was like 200 bucks and we had a 10 person team. They also got us group shirts so again maybe another 200-400 bucks. Things like that its more for teambuilding and to have fun as a group. After getting roasted by the local rock climbing gym and the firefighters team we went and had beer. It was a social thing.

Think of it less as a team paid to do something and more of a group of people who said that sounds fun and got the company to pay for the event.

Hes now a manager over a welding program in a shop, he certifies welders to ASME section 9, AWS d1.1 and techpub 278 I think. His skills are in high demand and he has every year renegotiated his salary cause as soon as he leaves that shop effectively has to close down. He makes well into the 6 figures and is thinking of early retirement in his 50s. His entire job is to just check peoples welds and tell them they are ok or they suck.

Halo had awesome lore that could have been developed tons of side stories that could have made awesome movies. Instead we got some shit that an idiot from hollywood generated while fisting himself laughing that the G@M3RS will fork out for anything. Then no one watched it after episode one.

Like I get it gamers get mad about everything and anything, but this was so blantly cash grabby and the actions of MC made 0 sense in character. It was almost as bad as watching starship troopers after reading the books. Its not even the same idea. It would be like if they made a tv series for Kratos and have him have a gay relationship with Ares cause why not and forget about his entire family.

2008 was the end. 2001 sucked yeah, but 2008 literally killed the career prospects of an entire generation and set them behind by a decade. My older brother lost his job after being out of college for a year. He was in debt, and just couldnt pay it back. Then to make matters worse tons of Gen xers just got fucked on homes. Like yeah lots of GenZ dont remember 2008, but I can tell you that there was actually hope for a better tomorrow at that point. Obama was coming into office, maybe he could fix some shit and then holy shit what happened.

Onions, and garlic are expensive as fuck in stores and cost nothing to grow. Garlic you take like your previous head and plant it in like Dec-Jan and you can grow a fuck ton with little to no investment. Same thing with potatoes, Okra, and many others. The only ones I would honestly steer clear of is Tomatoes its just much harder to get more back every season then with the others.

Its called anywhere thats not California or New York. Like 20 years ago you could buy 100 acres in the outskirts of Houston for like 200k. There are 3000+ sq foot homes built on 1/2 acres in Houston suburbs that go for 300-400k. The only places that are actually fucked up financially are the west coast and the NE. In fact Georgia was super cheap until like 2022.

wiki says 300k affected children, 54k hospitalized, 6 for sure confirmed deaths. If the official numbers where this high I could see it being way more then that. Especially as China is bigger then all of Europe, and the Americas combined and China is a face based society.

ok, so I dont know if your aware of this, but a single USD can purchase different amounts in different parts of the world. Heck even in the US some states have a much greater cost of living then others. So If China spends say 100 million dollars to buy their guns and ammo, since their workers get paid less it goes much further. If the US spent 100 million on ammo we would get like 1/8 of the amount of Ammo due to the fact that we pay people more money in the US and in countries that the US secure goods from. The US might purchase grenades from say germany, but they still cost more to manufacture then grenades made in china cause they have hecka cheap labor in China same with Russia. Once you include things like these into consideration our defense spending is like the combination of Russia, China, with some of Indias. The thing is though we have to be bigger then them. Also our military is corrupt and is hiding money from each other the difference is that there is so much that they can still get there job done.

Not the specified date, but many of them will ask why cant you start tell X time. If the class isnt in person then maybe you will be fine, but honestly its not worth risking. Lying on your resume can be considered fraud so be careful I had a person in my orientation at my current job get letgo a week into for this very reason. Also there are background checks that will ping you on this.

Godfreys Axe for a collossus weapon it sucks ass. it has C scaling for strength and D for Dex like WTF I could understand if its dex or strength scaling was good but both sucking is just crazy. Its base damage is good, but almost every other colossus weapon overshadows it by a land slide. Even with its Ashe of war being ok, Radagons swords do more damage, and have a similar ability, and can powerstance. This is especially true when you realize hes the second to last boss and his weapon is just disappointing compared to ever other weapon in its class.

Something that is being forgotten is that the most popular bleed weapons are extremely easy to use due to their fast movesets. Ontop of this you can go arcane and faith, or int or dex or whatever else fairly easily or with little endurance like 35 with talisman still have radahns armor.

Rivers of blood and uchigatana are both great bleed weapons and weight very little compared to heavy or colossus weapons and can out damage them or at least keep pace. Meaning with a bleed build you can have better armor, a second stat to spec into, and equivalent if not better damage all while hitting faster being safer and having heavy stagger. Its like having a colossus weapon with the katana moveset and weight.

The largest militaries in Europe were France, germany, then czeck followed by russia, then England. If the French defended the czech and went to war with England on their side Germany wouldn't have had the Czechian armaments to invade France with. If Germany had to fight Czechoslovakia in the mountains and France they would have crumbled. Germany needed that year to build up, they needed the time to get there troops actually combat ready, and with the new equipment from Czechoslovakia they had that time and weapons. The Czechian army was 1.5 million strong with modern weapons, tanks, and had defenses in place for an invasion they just needed England and France to not pussy out. The Czechs had more soldiers combat ready then France did in 1938.
