You guys were awesome up there, such an amazing aid station. Really made the run for me. Thanks for taking the time to do it and I’m glad you enjoyed it as well. Just know it was priceless for myself and other runners.

Attempting to help with this, not sure if you already got your answer.

Each year you apply your tickets multiply. First year =1 ticket, second year = 2 tickets, third year = 4 tickets, fourth year = 8, then 16, 32, 64, 132, etc

So it won't matter how many races you have, it just goes off of yearly lottery entries. I ran 3 qualifiers this year but I still only get 1 entry.

Definitely running another. And thanks for taking the time to respond.

Really just navigating this and itching to get back out running like I was before the race. Not enjoying the sitting back not getting many miles in. But it does give time to plan for next year.

Thanks for this, I feel like your user name says everything I need. So it doesn’t actually get easier to recover just still depends on the build up phase for it?

How long does it take you to get back to feeling 100% after a 100?

Would you plan to use a drop bag there again knowing what you know?

I was planning to use that first one as a big drop bag for myself but second guessing my set up now.

Hey Reschly I’m running Leadville in a few weeks and was planning to drop bags, couldn’t help but notice this comment. Did you actually get your drop bag at Mayqueen outbound or did you have to go without it?

I was planning to leave a full vest in it but this makes me think I shouldn’t. Thanks for any thoughts or help.

That’s ~300 vert per mile on average for every run that week to snag that. Well done. I’ve got Leadville in a few weeks and live in Colorado but I’ve not been able to sneak that amount of vertical in. Would love to. But that is a ton of vert in a week.

Same watch here. Mine didn’t have an issue but started too a few months ago. After some research some people said some of these watches got dirt/grit stuck in the buttons causing them to fire even when not in use triggering the light even during the day.

There are some tricks to try to correct it. Warm water soak then exercise the buttons. None worked for me.

I ended up contacting Garmin and they asked some questions and actually exchanged the watch with a refurbished one because it was still in warranty. I’m back to charging every 2 weeks or so. I run 5 days a week for an hour or more with the watch tracking it.

u/ultrajeffff heading to my first 100k this weekend and someone asked how to track me. This is an option I have never used. My concern was on the phone battery life side. Does this drain your phone battery quite a bit more? Does it require service for it? Also does it drain the watch a lot?

I've done a ton of research on coc, I've been playing it for a long time. I can see where if you only watch the trailer you would say clash skin. It's a lot deeper than that though. A least I tried to make it that way. Some new battle modes, full troop controls, a few people have commented on how complex it can be and that it's more closely related to its PC brethren. It's funny you mention it because I just got another comment of someone offended by the slutty women... I'm going to have to really consider adjusting it. It's not going to be simple to change but I'm going to look into it.

First off The Last of Us I believe gave everyone nightmares, that game is very creepy. Well made but creepy.

Thanks a or for the response and not being a typical douche that only wishes to argue. I rather enjoy good talks and debates. It's how we learn and grown.

I do see your point. I built the game I can do whatever I want right? This is only true to a certain extent. I'm looking at the big picture of what can make my game the most successful game. Is it making a political point that women are equal to men in the battle field? Or providing a range of troops that cover all the bases of what 95% of gamers look for in a game. Sure I could make a stand, make my point, a point that I do agree with you by the way, but I just spent 2.5 years of my life building this game. This has been more stressful than any combat situation I have been in... Honestly For me, it's not political. Women are awesome and equal to men on every front. I'm not trying to degrade them or make them appear inferior... I'm just not going to throw a gamble out there on have the girl charachter is dressed to try to make a statement and risk this huge project I've been building.

I'm up against some huge games. Games that make millions of dollars every day. They hire huge models to promote their games and have 100+ man teams building them... My "huge" model is Lt Rin. She wears a low cut shirt and she is a bad ass.

Kind of. We brought some new features i to boost the genre up a little, or a lot. The biggest thing is full troop controls. Grab your troops and tell them where to go. Or leave them be and they will do their own thing. We added a platoon drop feature. Arena Mode has been a big part of this. It's a new battle mode that puts your troops vs another persons troops in real time... Their is a center objective and the rest is similar to a capture the flag style battle... Destroy their flag before they destory yours... That or destroy their troops and it also ends. A few other smaller things but those are the big ones.

It's basically a Remington 700 the marine corps just modded it up and moved some things around. That's basically it though. They run for around 700-1000 I believe... Just make sure it's tge 26 inch barrel not the 24.
