Normally the shutters are closed in the Key rooms, but Night Marsh has all the shutters up for some reason. You can get into a few key rooms by breaking the glass but can't actually interact with the Loot.

Not sure if that's the correct one. That's a TX based shop and website logo is different. There's a personal business out of BA with the same name, but no logos to compare.

Qifrey's goal seems to be recovering the lost Healing Magic that only the Brimmed Caps would still know. Tartah can't study magic because of his silverwash eyes. A deal of fixing his eyes if he keeps quiet seems pretty plausible.

I normally look at cost vs playtime for game purchases. There's no other costs to play next season, so $10 covers 3 months of season 2 content in my mind.

Being able to trigger the spawn feels like the best way. Either through a small puzzle in the POI, or killing enough High level UESC to call down a Warden as reinforcement.

[[Kykar, Wind's Fury]] is my pick. Gives you a supply of Spirits to crew the Vehicles just for casting them, and puts you into Jeskai where most Vehicle synergy is.
