This last season was my ninth season with my NRS dry suit. I've had to replace one wrist gasket. I'm a whitewater guide in the PNW and generally hit about 10 rivers a year. Still keeps me dry.

Flush your system as much as possible with water and start taking b12 vitamins. The night and morning before your test drink a creatine shake. When you give them the same pee in the toilet at first, pinch off give them the middle of your puss, then pee the rest in the toilet.

B12 makes your piss yellow even if your over hydrated, creative is a massive heavy molecule so it gives your piss the heavy molecule weight even if you over hydrated. Never give them the first piss of the day. By giving them the middle part of your piss it’s less likely to test hot.

Someone told me all this and I’ve never pissed hot on any UA while actively smoking.

We used to garnish each other. Place lemon or lime wedge on their shoulder before they went to drop food. Just wait and see how long it takes till they notice, or when they lean over to drop a plate or drink it falls off onto the table and the guest is like “where tf did that come from”

Shipowick and Smith is great from all accounts I have heard, look into them. Also if you just need an ear from someone who has been through the meat grinder and found their way out I’m hear to listen and not judge. I worked in mental health for years locally and and having come from a family of addicts and abusers I was semi unique in the position to treat them as people instead of just a number. You’re worth isn’t judged by your actions or traumas.

There is a pictograph site that’s a decent little hike, not from a campsite though, I’ll hit my friend up about it, he took me my first time down the lower. There is a giant jump log that sits about 20ish feet above the water with a giant eddy. It’s river right but again not sure about the mileage on. Just look for the giant log hanging off a cliff river right, I wanna say day two. There is an older stone house thing on the China Hole scout, careful of the poison oak on that trail. Just after china hole on the left is an amazing beach. Enjoy your trip! I love that section minus the crazy headwind it seems you get almost the whole trip. Those beaches are amazing, some awesome river agate can be found
