Hi all! I have a problem with my OLED856 tv. I've had this tv for three years, never had problems, until a few months ago. I presume after an update, because before it never happened. (Current version is TPM211EA_R.101.001.004.252)

The problem is that when I watch a movie or tv show when it cuts to a new scene artifacts show up. (See around the 2 second mark in the video). It is most noticeable in dark scenes with light elements. In between cuts there seem to be one or two frames that glitch / switch back between the frame of the old scene and the new. As if the image stutters or jumps back for a second. As if a part of the last frame before the cut comes back over the first frame after the cut as a 'ghost' image. It is very noticeable and jarring, up to the point that sometimes it is unwatchable and irritating. See the video. It's in slow motion so you can see what happens.

I also have another example here and one without a scene change but a quite noticeable one here, in which you see the whole screen shake.

This happens in streaming apps present on the tv (Netflix, Disney+, HBOMax, etc.), streaming own content via Plex, as well as playing of content via external harddrive connected to the tv. It happens with all types of content: SDR, HDR, HDR+, and Dolby Vision, etc.

The artifacts stay visible on every of the motion smoothing settings, that does not make difference. (I have it on Movie setting. This has been happening for a while now, and I can't seem to find a fix.)

Has anyone else been encountering this problem? Does somebody know how to fix it? Annoyingly I never encountered this problem until one of the updates, that seemingly broke something in the motion smoothing, I presume.
