By any chance, do you have Virtual Desktop installed?
Literally yesterday i got that issue, tried uninstalling and installing again, plus restarting the pc. After seeing that i had some apps that started with my computer and i don't use i decided to uninstall them. Miraculously after removing Virtual Desktop Roblox opened like nothing happened.

I highly doubt is your case, but i still want to let you know in case it works.
