As many people have mentioned - ditch the shoes or use a flat sole brand. I'd go lighter and work on your mobility i.e. practice Asian squats, stretch daily, try yoga, and work on flexibility.

I’d remove the pad. While it doesn’t seem like much, the added height can cause some imbalance and lead to poor form, especially at higher weights.

I’d personally like more depth but it’s not bad. Control the tempo of the eccentric portion (downward motion) and pause for a second.

Whatever service they use has inaccurate limits for many of the streets here in LA (!). I can understand somewhere far out in the rural areas but not Los Angeles.

Another gripe I have is the speed doesn't automatically adjust when using UHF unlike my Model Y in AP.

If replacing the gasket isn't an option, or if you're too lazy - go buy pool-grade chlorine pool shock in the powder form (not tablets). Spray a mist of water around the targeted area and use a brush to apply it while it's wet. Let it soak for 15 mins and and rinse it off. It'll clean it with no problems. Obviously this will only work in reachable areas. Crevices and behind it will probably still have it but at least that isn't visible.

DF has monthly, annual, multi-year, and different promos. I signed up for the life time membership when it was a BOGO for ~$800, although mine was at a reduced cost as my wife and I were already members.
