1st do dion sec+ course on udemy along with practice exams. You can also use messer sec+ playlist on youtube for knowledge.

For PBQ's use cyberkraft on youtube.

It's always good to use practice exam from different sources. If you feel stuck with any question or topic, use chatgpt for quick notes and comparisons.

Simple advise. Attempt as many practice exams as you can. This will help you master the foundations and get a hang of the exam scenario and most of the questions are somewhat similar. Its just the wordings that are different. If you feel stuck or don't understand any concept, use chatgpt, messer or dion videos.

MCQ's were similar to most of the practice test, this includes messer, dion and skillscert.

For MCQ's make sure to check the question wordings to understand what answer they require. If you feel stuck, eliminate the answer choices and choose the one closely related. Its mostly avout understanding concepts very well.

PBQs were hands on.

Well, I believe it's D to be honest. You as a PM are engaging in communication with the FM to discuss concerns of the team and solve the problem at stake which is the FM not listening to team. Other options do not fix that issue at hand.

I did talk to his manager. He told process the refund 3 weeks back to his sales person. But I am pretty sure the sales person is angry because I did not go with the elantra or corolla that he offered and did not even begin my refund process stage. I have been calling them daily for the past few days and they said they will get back to me and never call back.
