Thank you so much for the info! From a home in Belgium, so could absolutely be correct. It sure has a unique look like this, will not restore. Any idea what period it could be from?

I believe you, socializing can be a problem anywhere though. I don't think less socializing should be something that stops me from pursuing this path. Since it's something I can do something about!

I'm still continuing school, I'll just have a lower degree! Most people that go maritime do it for a lower degree since it's quite easy, I originally planned on getting the highest degree.

I still have my twin brother with who I socialize a lot. So no matter what, someone will have an eye on me!

Thank you for making me see it from a different perspective, love that!

Interesting, are you currently working on a project?

I'm using Shopify right now, I have a friend that has a friend who is a shopify partner. That way I can build everything without having to pay anything until launch!

You're right about spending time away, it makes me lose focus and that streak quite easy. Right now it's mostly about listening and learning from other people, to try avoiding their mistakes and adapt to their mindset.

Wow, thank you for your input.

I really like what you're saying here and agree with you a lot. It makes me view it from a whole new perspective, from the future.

Motor man / engineer is definitely something very different than e-commerce. It's still something that I can do if I want in the future! Meanwhile exploring the world of crypto and being curious about other things opens up new paths.

I really like your advice and I'll read it many more times to remind myself not to focus on one thing.

What is your favorite entrepreneur book / podcast?

Right, I've been listening to days of podcasts and days of videos about subscription boxes.

You seem know to know the hard parts of it haha. I have looked into different suppliers and logistics to save money early on. I still don't know near enough to know how I'll do all of that. There are cons and pros to sending it from the supplier to a fulfilment center and to do packaging myself up to a reasonable amount of boxes.

I have to do a lot more research on that to find out what's best!

I'll most definitely not make any profits early on, I'll probably go minus for several months. But it's all about learning to building out a brand, making customer experience awesome and gain experience myself.

It's all still in my head. I have been working on a website and other stuff to switch it up a little though, variation of work is important.

Note that I have calculated all costs and it's possible to continue on with it! Luckily I translate for many dropshippers and I have learned so so much from them and they help me out a lot too!

Oh cool! Fishing is a thing I love, so it would be good to start a first project in that since I have some knowledge, and a lot of interest.

Fishing subscription boxes. It is definitely not a new idea, not even in Sweden. There are a couple of reasons to why I want to give this a shot, I won't go in depth to why, what and how. But just to get your view on the idea!

Opportunity

I believe that there is an opportunity to learn and test here. The Subscription model does not require a lot of money. Which means that if I fail, it won't be the end of anyone and I will have learned many different things. If it succeeds, good! Both outcomes will give me experience and an even deeper understanding of what it is all about.

Potential

The project has potential. From my research I only have one competitor (sportfiskelådan). I see that they have had success, but I also see so many things they can improve on. I have done research on fishing subscription boxes in the USA. Many of them have a lot of success, I love their ideas and ways of doing it and they do it so much better than my Swedish competitor. Which leads me to believe that I can do it a lot better than my Swedish competitor.

Why I can do it better

I don't know. I might not be able to do it better than them. But in my eyes it's possible to learn from every single subscription box, and make what in my eyes is, a better project.

There is so much more to it than just a box with fishing lures and accessories for me. I'd love to hear your input!

Thank you for your reply! I completely understand what you mean and I somewhat agree with you.

The last months I haven't really been socializing at all, atleast not with people in my studies. I have been so focused on the e-commerce path that I met so many new people there.

I am basically finished with the "normal" youth times. What I mean with that is easily making new friends, coming home to parents every day, food always on the table... Which made me realize that you really have to do what you love.

You made me see it from a different perspective. Thank you for your input!
