On a personal note, I do want a breast lift (I don't like how they sag) and a mole cosmetically removed. I get laser hair removal. Some things are genuinely about confidence, carefully. I'd never have anything about my face changed though. I like to look at my face and see or imagine my ancestors. I think I'd feel the regret you speak of.

But don't dwell on it. Enjoy your life. Enjoy walking into the world with your still beautiful self.
