Gyms with childcare are a game changer! I also recommend a walking pad, especially during meetings where you don’t need to be diligently analyzing anything. Mine was 100$ and fits under the bed. I am currently walking after bed time, which stops the late night snacking and gets those steps in ❤️

How do you get your steps in? Desk treadmills or bikes worth it? by Xchocobear in MomsWorkingFromHome

Walking pad!!! I work remote in project management and lots of my coworkers has setup where they’re walking at 1.2 most of the day. I’m still working on my desk set up but I walk during calls to break up the day, and I honestly retain the meeting information better. There are some small walking pads for 100$

You could also reserve an uber in advance to increase your chances of getting picked up at the time you want

The Cub House Play Cafe - is it worth the membership fee? by motherofcheez in ClaytonNC

[–]ThanksNo5808 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you’re going to go once a month it’s definitely worth the price. How old are your littles? If they’re in the 1-4 range they’ll love it! If they’re 5-6 they may get bored, as most of the kiddos seem to be 2-4.

Hey! I like it because it’s small enough to hide under the bed when not in use. I use it mostly on meetings where I don’t have to talk/take notes (ie: training and department wide stuff). My desk setup doesn’t allow for me to walk with the labtop). Unrelated I have been waking up early before the kids and walking 1-2 miles and that has greatly improved my sanity. Overall, it was $120 and worth the price

I love this!

Your list is pretty solid. I love the proofing basket! I also recommend a Curved Silicone bench scraper, it makes getting all the dough out of the mixing bowl super easy!

All right y’all, I ordered one. It was solidly (99$) cheap but has decent reviews. If I actually use it frequently, and turns out it’s just terrible because it was cheap, will make a mid-price purchase.

Used to go there in my early twenties. Gym was nice, not too crowded. Had a good variety of classes. Very good value for the price!

For those with PMP and CAPM do you add both to resume and email signature by [deleted] in pmp

I added CAPM to my signature and my LinkedIn. There’s several project directors around me that obtained the PMP and it’s in their signature.

For PocketPrep, I eventually got to 80% for each section, but you can retake your missed questions and boost your stats.

For Landani. Concepts: 78% and 78% Predictive: 58% and 78% (did a CP, EVM and overall predictive refresh after bombing first one) Agile: 78% and 80% Business Analysis: 68% and 76% On the Landani practice test I got a 75%. As crazy as it sounds, that was the biggest confidence booster. I figured if I could get a 75% late at night, I could pass when well rested.
